The work flow of the line is Loading→Decoil→Input→Blocking→Levelling & Feeding→Blocking→Laser Cutting.... Coil fed laser cutting line main feature：
a)Loading trolley：The loading trolley precisely delivers the steel coil to the core shaft of the uncoiler machine through the positioning and lifting system, ensuring that the center of the steel coil is aligned with the feeding line. The body of the loading trolley with its welded structure is driven to move along the track by hydraulic/motor, and the lifting function is precisely controlled through the guide columns and hydraulic cylinders.

b)Uncoiler：The decoil process involves fixing the material roll on the main shaft of the material rack, expanding and contracting the inner diameter of the roll, and allowing the main shaft to rotate intermittently through the control instructions of the material ring during the automatic operation, thereby releasing the material roll for discharge.

c)High precision 4-weight servo coil levelling feeder JZ70-1650：It equip with 19pcs×φ70mm leveling rollers(upper 9pcs/lower 10pcs), all leveling rollers adopt high quality bearing steel, finished quenching and tempering, precious machining, hard chrome plating, grinding etc. Surface hardness comes HRC58±2°(chrome layer thickness ≥0.05mm)
