JZ50-Z Series 4-high precious leveling machine with leveling capacity of 0.6-4mm thickness
1. It adopts 4-high leveling roller layer structure. equipping with 21pcs×φ50mm leveling rollers(upper 10pcs/lower 11pcs), moreover, there are several columns of backup rollers set both upper and lower leveling roller set.
2. Leveling capacity of 0.6-4mm thickness, material can be CR, HR, SS, GI, Aluminum, Brass etc. Max. width reach to 1600mm.
3. It adjusts leveling performance automatically based on the data that we input in the HMI. It eliminates internal stress of materials and it improves the flatness of it for making well prepared for bending/welding process etc.
