It can be processed by the precision leveling machine for tool steel. It equips with 19pcs leveling rollers (upper 9pcs/lower 10pcs), moreover, it equips with a few groups of backup rollers both upper and lower leveling rollers, they are staggered each other for the leveling rollers and backup rollers, refer to the following image. It can make the leveling rollers stronger of the backup rollers, moreover, it can press the leveling rollers in balance as the back up rollers were arranged symmetrically.
● By balancing internal stress, restoring and improving metal parts flatness, flatness accuracy can reach micron grade, then it can provide qualified work-pieces for next process step of bending, welding etc.
